How many people does Palmetto sleep?
It hosts up to 16, across 8 bedrooms, 8 full baths, and a half bath. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and with living and dining space over three floors, a group of 16 still has plenty of room.
Does it feel crowded with a big group?
Not at all. The home was built for large gatherings, so at its 16-guest maximum everyone gets a bed, every bedroom has its own bath, and there is room to spread out across three floors, two living areas, and two dining areas.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Five king suites, bunk rooms built for kids, and a daybed with a trundle, so everyone gets a comfortable spot. Because every room is ensuite, nobody shares a bathroom down the hall.
Is it really beachfront?
Yes. The home is gulf-front in the gated Sunset Pointe community, with a private boardwalk straight to the sand.
Is there a pool?
Yes, a private 16 by 37 foot pool. It can be heated for an additional fee.
Does it work for multiple generations?
That is what it is built for. An elevator serves all three floors, every bedroom has its own bath, and the third-floor living and dining areas give everyone room to gather.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, for an additional fee, subject to size and number limits.
What is included with a stay?
A $400 beach and adventure gear credit, good for bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas, and carts, delivered to the house. A delivery fee may apply.
Is there a minimum age to rent?
Yes, the primary renter must be at least 25.
How reliable is the elevator?
It is residential grade and serves all floors. The cape is remote, so if a repair is ever needed it can take time. If someone in your group has mobility needs, plan with that in mind.
